Returns and Cancellation Policy

Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise must be returned new, unused, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.

Returns for refund: If you are not happy with the goods you have been supplied, or they do not meet your requirements you can returns the goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund excluding delivery charges.

Returns for exchange: If you are not happy with the goods you have received (i.e. wrong size or colour) and would like to exchange the items you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. There may be a delivery charge for exchanges.

Damaged or faulty items

If you receive damaged goods please contact us to arrange return or exchange. Faulty goods must be returned within a 28 day period with a cover note explaining the problem and stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
We advise all customers to send parcels recorded delivery when returning items to us.
